Founded in 2019 by Dr. Jerrica Kirkley and her business partner, Dr. Matthew Weschler, Plume is a direct-to-consumer telehealth service that provides doctor consultation and gender-affirming hormone therapy for trans patients by trans care professionals.[1]

Plume offers a medical evaluation, ongoing monitoring and lab assignments and prescriptions. Soon, the company will also provide medication delivery.[2]
